The pay scale of probationary officers varies between Rs.25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month. Officers rank people can get up to 10 lakhs per annum depending on their performance in the private banks and foreign banks, compared to the public sector banks. In the banking sector, the salary scale varies depending on the position.
